Returns

Due to the nature of our products (wellness and consumable items), we do not accept returns once products have been opened or used.

However, we will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival
  • The incorrect item was delivered
  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • We are unable to fulfill your order

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof (photos/videos) of the issue.
